My name is Richard Gordon, I am the developer of HOAhomepage and I would like to invite a hand full of agents located in various metropolitan areas (see below) to participate in a homeowner networking study. This study is available to agents from two Realogy brands, Coldwell Banker and Century 21. Our objective is to determine the most effective networking techniques used during the study and incorporate them in our networking tools. If you are interested in participating, and before completing the form below, I would like to give you a call and talk to you about your real estate career so far. You may be a seasoned veteran or just starting your career, everyone is welcome to participate in the study. Click here and send me a note (all information will remain private) Contact me
We provide a networking tool for homeowners who live in these communities. We also provide a community profile page, for the general public or the owners to see a snapshot of the community, which may include the HOA’s own website, facebook page, or other social media page, and information about the community. It is not meant to replace the community’s website, it is simply an uncensored communication tool for homeowners. These homeowner networks need network leaders, we call them moderators.
For the last two years we’ve been using a networking tool we developed internally, to interact with the homeowners who live within the Community Associations in our network. We have a team of network leaders (Moderators) in our company who develop and grow the homeowner networks. What has become clear is that building each community network remotely has limitations, which led us to this study to determine if the use of our tool by professionals who are local to the community association, can achieve a more inclusive network.
We’re looking into the types of business verticals where networking is important in their business model and whether our tool would be a fit for them. Initially we will be focusing on the Real Estate vertical, and have chosen C21 agents to conduct the study.
If you are interested in learning more, we need some basic information from you, for verification and to be able to contact you directly with questions. We require a password, for security purposes and so only you will have access to the information. When you submit the form you will be redirected to your Moderator profile where you can add additional information that will appear as part of your Bio on each community network you moderate.
