RE Agents wanted -Professional Network Moderator

My name is Dick Gordon, I am the owner/developer of HOAhomepage. The homeowner networks on Hoahomepage are designed to identify and meet the needs of HOA homeowners and other HOA special interests. Each homeowner network needs a network Moderator. This is a person who has a professional interest in meeting and interacting with home buyers and homeowners in order to increase their branding and sell more homes. We provide techniques and tools to help the moderator establish themselves with the community and make connections throughout the community of professionals who have an interest in the HOA.

We provide a community network page, for each HOA, where the moderator and the homeowners provide the general public with a view of the community. This a private network for the homeowners of the community and has nothing to do with the governance of the HOA, although the homeowners can provide links to management and the board on the network page.

It is not meant to replace the community’s website, it is simply an uncensored communication tool for homeowners.
