Individual Professionals who serve community associations can join the network and tag their HOA client pages for free. There numerous ways to expand your personal connections with prospective clients as well. If your focus is on the HOA industry there is no better way to concentrate your efforts.

Tag your HOA clients with your company name for free.
Outside of the Board, the Homeowners in most communities don't know the name of the companies that service the community. We believe this is important and encourage service providers to tag all the HOAs they do business with. Regardless of the category of service you offer; Landscaping, insurance, maintenance, management, legal, you have several opportunities to reach the homeowners, board and manager of a specific HOA. If you currently serve the HOA you will be listed as currently serving the community. Check out the Service provider page. Important- Companies serving both Homeowners and the CID

  • Register as a CIDpro if you Manage HOAs

  • Register as a CIDpro if you serve BOTH HOAs and HOMEOWNERS

  • Register as a HOpro if you serve ONLY HOMEOWNERS (not for R/E agents or rental managers

  • Register as an AGENT if you list homes for sale and manage rentals

  • Register as a Rentalmanager If you ONLY MANAGE RENTALS and do not list properties

  • On HOA Home Page, each company is assigned a role, which restricts access to certain tasks. If you want to serve BOTH the HOA and INDIVIDUAL Homeowners, register as a CIDpro and you will be able to Tag both. If you are a Real Estate Sales Agent and you manage Rentals, register as an Agent. Or if you are a CIDpro who provides insurance to the association and you also provider Homeowner coverage, you need to register as a CIDpro. If you will be serving HOMEOWNERS ONLY, register as a Homeowner Professional (HOpro).

    HOAhomepage is not a replacement for the HOA's own website

    Some HOA's already have a website- we supplement an existing site.
    We provide a snapshot, a profile of the community. We are not designed to replace or supplant an existing site. We may be the first stop before someone finds the HOA site, a link to the site can be placed on the page. Although we have areas viewable by homeowners only, most information is public. We not only reach the current owners but those in neighboring communities.

    Moderator Eligible Categories- Fee based option

    CID Managers

    ONLY ONE MODERATOR PER HOA PAGE and you are not restricted to your own client pages. The CID manager Category is eligible to be a HOA page Moderator, if you are interested check out the moderator page. As a CIDpro you are allowed to list your company on the HOA page of each HOA you manage, a free service. You could also choose to be a HOA page Moderator, as such, you are more than a sponsor, you are a participant in the communications within the HOA. Only CID professionals are allowed to be a "Moderator". If you're interested in being a Monitor, check out the monitor page.
    Or, you can choose to be a listed "Forum" expert, where you can respond to questions from homeowners listed on the site.

    CID Attorneys

    ONLY ONE MODERATOR PER HOA PAGE and you are not restricted to your own client pages. Community legal services Category is elible to be a HOA page moderator, if interested check out the moderator page. CID law is a very important and needed specialty. Managers, Boards and homeowners look to you for guidance. You have the choice of being a HOA page Moderator or a legal expert for the Forum. If you are interested, check out the moderator page.     CID Insurance

    ONLY ONE MODERATOR PER HOA PAGE and you are not restricted to your own client pages. The Community Insurance Category is eligible to be an Association Moderator. If you are interested check out the moderator page. All HOAs need basic insurance products, D&O, Liability, and Casualty insurance is essential. Consequently the knowledge of insurance professionals and risk managers is relied on by Boards and Managers.

    R/E Broker-Agent

    ONLY ONE MODERATOR PER HOA PAGE and you are not restricted to communities where you have previously done business The Real Estate Category is eligible to be a HOA page Moderator, if you are interested check out the moderator page. As a R/E professional you are allowed to list your company on the HOA page of each HOA where you have represented a buyer or seller, a free service. You could also choose to be a HOA page Moderator, as such, you are more than a sponsor, you are a participant in the communications within the HOA.     Rental Managers

    ONLY ONE MODERATOR PER HOA PAGE and you are not restricted to your own client pages. The Rental Manager Category is eligible to be a HOA page moderator, if interested check out the moderator page. Rental Manager is a very important and needed specialty.     CID Reserves

    ONLY ONE MODERATOR PER HOA PAGE and you are not restricted to your own client pages. The Reserve Category is eligible to be an Association Moderator. If you are interested check out the moderator page. All HOAs with common areas need the service of a Replacement Reserve Company. A necessary service to keep the Associations current and future finances in order.

    Companies Serving Individual Homeowners

    Rental Manager

    With HOA HOME PAGE you have the opportunity to list any properties you have currently for rent/lease in any particular community. Additionally, you should list all of your properties that you manage within any HOA. By doing so, as soon as it comes up for rent you can easily activate it and the community members will be notified. Also you will be listed as a rental manager serving the community.     Mortgage Professionals

    Mortgage professionals love referral business. HOAhomepap;e is a perfect way to make a connection with your current or previous clients who live in HOAs. Once you connect with your client's community you will be added to the community's vendor directory.

    R/E Sales Agent

    If you currently list a property in a Homeowners Association, this is an additional option for you to expose the property and your services. The listing is free. Additionally, once you are a HOA HOME PAGE agent, you will always be listed as an agent serving that community, even if you do not have a current listing. Check out the Agent page.

    HO Insurances

    With HOA HOME PAGE you have the opportunity to tag any HOA where you currently serve one or more homeowners in the community. Your service will be viewed by the homeowners of communities where you do business. Although this is not an ad, at least the homeowners will see who their neighbors are using for Insurance services.

    HO Security

    Whether you are providing security monitoring/alarm service or patrol service, through HOA Home Page, you have the opportunity to tag all the HOA where you are currently doing business. This is only visible to the homeowners who live in the community, but it lets them know who their neighbors are using for security services.     Homeowner Services

    If you currently provide any service to an individual homeowner, this is an additional option for you to expose your services to the community. The listing is free. Additionally, once you are a HOA HOME PAGE HOpro, you will always be listed as an company serving that community, even if you do not have a current client. Check out the HOpro page.

    Other Homeowner Service Companies

    If you provide homeowners with a service on a regular basis we want to know who you are; homeowner Insurance, security, house keeping, etc. After you register as a CIDpro, go to the individual HOA where your homeowner client lives and tag the HOA.
