HOAhomepage is a not for profit entity, we are currently looking for CID professionals who can help develop polls and surveys that will help community leadership and professionals reform and improve the CID industry. We are in a Pre-Launch stage.. Our objective for this platform is to help boards structure their community's governance to deliver effective and affordable services to the owners. We host surveys, polls and case studies, and publish the results in real time. By design HOAs should be more affordable, yet assessments have consistently risen faster than inflation for over 30 years versus maintaining a single family home. We intend to find out if it is justified. We do a deep dive into the hows and whys. We know who the systemic culprits are. We are creating a collaboration between property owners and the myriad of professionals who serve this industry. From Homebuilder, Community governance and law makers. We are building a catalog of community associations, Builders, and professionals across the country, for owners and community leadership. We just reached 140k HOAs in our database. The purpose of this platform is to provide Common Interest Professionals or those who specialize in services to property owners, with an efficient way to enhance their digital marketing efforts. We help manage all CRM and social media accounts, and direct our constituents to their products or services. And provide our homeowner constituents with an efficient way of vetting these professions and viewing recommendations by neighbors.
