HOAhomepage is a networking template for homeowners who live in community associations. Homeowners control the network, not the association, so all ideas, polls and complaints are uncensored. Homeowners registered in the community network can update and edit their community profile, which is viewable by the public. Prospective homebuyers are allowed to view homeowner comments and ratings, so long as they are represented by the Agent Moderator for the community network. Homeowners connect with their community and their neighbors to exchange information and comments. They can also Post free want ads, free real estate listings, list of rentals in the community and the manager’s contact info as well as other companies serving the community, Favorite Vendor List (the companies your neighbors use), communicate with homeowners in neighboring communities. Registered homeowners can also become the assistant community network Moderator, see below (only visible to logged in homeowners)
